To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be accepted for refund.

Return Period
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain products such as items purchased on sale or discounted offers are not eligible for refund.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
